■It is a non-service facility that does not provide various services.
■Wi-Fi is installed only on the first floor. Wi-Fi is available in some rooms, but cannot be guaranteed. Room cannot be specified.

【About check-in】Check-in is at Main building "Higashiyama Onsen Shosuke-no-Yado Takinoyu". When you come to the hotel, please come to the main building front desk.
【About the elevator】The elevator of this facility is located from the 2nd floor to the 5th floor. Stairs are used from the 1st floor to the 2nd floor.
【About staff in this facility】As this is a simple accommodation facility, there is no resident staff (main building staff concurrently) in the facility. (24-hour security with surveillance cameras)
【About the pick-up service】We do not provide a shuttle service to the main building.
