■ Full price
What is the full price?
The full price is the standard total price (including consumption tax and service fee) for the total number of guests in the party and is calculated based on the standard per-adult price. The price is included in material such as their pamphlets and catalogs.
It is given in the Lodging Plan Details window for reference only for searches with designated date.

In the following situations, the full price will not be displayed even if the date is designated.
※ The search includes children.
※ There is no full price or the full price is less than the same-day price.

"Day before a holiday" basically refers to both the day before a holiday and Saturday.
※ This is not true in some situations, such as Golden Week holiday, O-bon holiday, and the New Year's holiday.

■ Cancellation fee (cancellation policy)
Cancelling reservations
If you regrettably have to cancel your reservation for an unavoidable reason, you should compete the cancellation procedures.How you cancel the reservation depends on when you do so.
(1) Deadline for online changes indicated in the Details Confirmation window has not passed
If the deadline for online changes indicated in the Details Confirmation window has not passed, you can cancel the reservation online.Complete the cancellation procedures under Reservation Inquiry/Change/Cancellation.
(2) Deadline for online changes has passed
If the deadline for online changes has passed, you cannot cancel the reservation online and must complete the procedures by calling the contact number provided in the reservation confirmation email.Providing the reservation number included in the reservation confirmation email when you call will facilitate the process.
Notes on cancellations
A cancellation fee may be charged depending on when you complete the cancellation procedures.See the reservation confirmation email or the Reservation Details Confirmation window for information on when a cancellation fee is charged.
The cancellation fee is charged in line with the cancellation policy stipulated by us or the lodging plan.If a cancellation fee is charged, you should pay the fee that we bill.
If a deposit has been paid, some or all of the deposit may be applied to the cancellation fee.
If the paid deposit does not fully cover the cancellation fee stipulated in the cancellation policy, you may be billed for the remainder.
Reservations cancelled cannot be reinstated unless another reservation is made.
Cancellations without notification (no shows)
Members who decide not to spend the night and fail to contact our website or us will be stripped of their memberships.Members who are stripped of their membership cannot re-register.

■Deposits
Whether there is a deposit and the amount of the deposit depends on conditions.You should check the Reservation Details Confirmation window or reservation confirmation email for details.
If a deposit is required
If the Details Confirmation window or reservation confirmation email indicates that a deposit is required, the deposit must be paid by bank transfer or other method by the indicated time.You should pay the deposit in the designated manner during the designated period after the reservation request date indicated in the Details Confirmation window or reservation conservation email.
Notes on deposits
If the deposit is not paid by the designated time, we may directly contact you and request you pay the deposit.If the deposit is not paid even though requested, the reservation may be cancelled.
Even if the deposit is not paid, the reservation will not be automatically cancelled unless we contact you.If you want to cancel the reservation, you should do so over the Internet or contact us.If a reservation is cancelled, the paid deposit will be partially or fully applied to the cancellation fee.
