In this plan, the main meat dish is upgraded to a steak using "Oita Wagyu", a brand of Oita beef!

Out of all the high-quality Bungo Beef, this is a superb dish that only selects grade 4 or higher meat from farms that are particular about deliciousness.
It is characterized by beautiful marbling and a soft texture that melts in your mouth with a rich flavor.

We will prepare a luxurious dinner where you can enjoy fresh fish sashimi delivered directly from the Bungo Suido.
