plan includes a dinner and breakfast plan where the meat dish for dinner is Yamagata Yamagata Beef shabu-shabu, a brand of beef that Yamagata Prefecture is proud of. (Yamagata Beef rib roast 100g)
Rib eye is one of the best cuts of Yamagata Beef. The sweet, melt-in-your-mouth flavor of the marbled meat is irresistible!

【Meal】
◎Relax in the private dining room of "masuya dining Shunkashuto" in the morning and evening.
◎Both dinner and breakfast are dishes that utilize ingredients from Shonai and Tsuruoka, Masuya are a fusion of original Masuya dishes based on dishes from our sister restaurants Kuhe and Tamaya.
◎The rice used is from our contracted farm, Yoshizumi Farm. Dinner is "Hitomebore" and breakfast is "Tsuyahime".

◎All of Masuya's hot springs are private baths. Ume-no-yu'' and `` Take-no-yu'' are characterized by their deep bathtubs, and are made from rare ancient Japanese cypress."Kodai Hinoki no Yu”
◎Sister hotel Kuhe's large public bath, Yama-no-Yu (indoor bath and open-air bath), Kawa-no-yu (goldfish bath), 1 private cypress bath, and 3 private baths in Tamaya (semi-open-air bath, observation bath, spacious cypress bath) You can visit the hot springs (and stone baths) free of charge.
◎The retro public bath with plenty of hot water is also available for free.
