Yuda-gawa Moso, a famous product that is synonymous with Yuda-gawa(Moso bamboo shoots)
Locally known as "Moso", the miso-based "Moso soup" with added sake lees is now a representative local dish (soul food) of Shonai region.
Freshness is key for Moso. Masuya's "Moso Meal" is Masuya using white, soft Moso nuts that are freshly dug in the morning and have no bitter taste, and is a special dish that can only be enjoyed at this time of year.

◎Rice is sourced from contracted farmer Yoshizumi Farm. Dinner is Hitomebore, and breakfast is Tsuyahime.
