The main course is the chief chef's Hakata Wagyu beef loin. Oku Yame is a multi-course kaiseki meal that incorporates plenty of the mountains of Oku Yame Yabe Village.
*What is “Hakata Wagyu”?
Locally, in Kurogi-cho, Yame City, it is raised on high-quality feed with rice straw as its staple food for about 20 months.
Meals will be prepared at the restaurant.
There is also a wide variety of sake menus such as Yame's local sake and local beer.
