A total of 10 dishes such as "Himemasu no Shio-yaki" from ｆrom Lake Towada, "Vinegared dish of apple bowl" using apples from Aomori Production, "Apple Okowa", "Steamed Nagaimo and Daikon from From Towada", and Akita's specialty "Kiritanpo Hot Pot" ..
