For dinner, we will attach one "live abalone dance steamed grill" to each person.
By steaming abalone that is alive, it has a strong shore scent and a very soft finish, which is a gem that has been very well received by customers.
Around 10 seasonal seafood kaiseki dishes such as appetizers, appetizers, simmered dishes, steamed dishes, and soups.
We will carefully prepare the temperature.

Dinner is half-kaiseki style:
