Tenyu Iso Kaiseki Meal woven by Kunihiko Yamamoto, the head of the board from Nishiizu hometown. "amber-amber]
The carefully handcrafted dishes are kaiseki cuisine starting with the passionate aperitif vinegar.
Kaiseki ryori is different from ``kaiseki'' and refers to ``banquet cuisine'' that was created to enjoy alcohol.
Seasonal delicacies include stewed red sea bream, and Tenyu's specialty ``seafood Horakuyaki'' includes Japanese Spiny Lobster and other items purchased that day.
Please enjoy a variety of dishes with the keywords of ``local ingredients'' and ``seasonal'' until your last meal.
In connection with banquet dishes, Tenyu also offers a wide selection of drinks such as local sake and wine.
