Tenyu Iso Kaiseki Meal woven by Kunihiko Yamamoto, the head of the board from Nishiizu hometown.
The carefully handcrafted dishes are kaiseki cuisine starting with the passionate aperitif vinegar.
Kaiseki cuisine is different from "kaiseki", it refers to "banquet cuisine" that was born to enjoy sake.
From Suruga Bay to seasonal sashimi, and Tenyu's specialty Japanese Spiny Lobster lobster grilled as the main dish, enjoy a variety of dishes that focus on local and seasonal ingredients until the last meal.
