Tenyu Iso Kaiseki Meal woven by Kunihiko Yamamoto, the head of the board from Nishiizu hometown. "Rindo - Gentian]
In addition to the Amber course, we also included one piece of live abalone grilled for each person.
From Suruga Bay to seasonal sashimi, and Tenyu's specialty Japanese Spiny Lobster lobster grilled as the main dish, enjoy a variety of dishes that focus on local and seasonal ingredients until the last meal.
Kaiseki ryori is different from ``kaiseki'' and refers to ``banquet cuisine'' for enjoying alcohol. In line with banquet cuisine, Tenyu also offers a wide selection of drinks such as local sake and wine.
