As for other ingredients, we will prepare fresh ingredients from local Tanba as much as possible.

Miso soup made with fragrant country miso by adding the flavor of bonito to the soup stock of dried sardines and kelp.
Tamba's Koshihikari, grilled mackerel, healthy eggs with a good reputation, and sweet boiled black soybeans from Tamba are also included.
