【Dinner】
"Sukiyaki" uses fresh local Tamba ingredients as much as possible, including "domestic" Japanese black beef.

【Breakfast】
Miso soup made with freshly cooked Tamba's Koshihikari and fragrant country miso.
We also added grilled mackerel, healthy eggs that are reputed to be delicious, and sweetened black soybeans from Tanba.
