Passionate "Tamba Homebred Chicken Sukiyaki"
The soup stock is entwined with the melted chicken, and the soft sweetness drifts behind the richness of the soy sauce.
Warishita with sugar and soy sauce is prepared with a relatively light taste so that you can enjoy the original taste of local chicken.

【Breakfast】
Miso soup made with freshly cooked Tamba's Koshihikari and fragrant country miso.
We also added grilled mackerel, healthy eggs that are reputed to be delicious, and sweet boiled black soybeans from Tanba.
