"Tosa Hachikin Local Chicken" is a brand chicken from Kochi.
This local chicken, also called "Hachikin," which is also the name for a woman in Kochi, is a delicious gem with a harmony of umami and sweetness.
It has a good chewy texture, but it is recommended for women as it has a low fat content and no miscellaneous taste.
