Dinner will be made with carefully selected ingredients from the chief chef. "Yui Kaiseki cuisine"
Enjoy a variety of creative dishes, including sashimi made from local fish caught in the waters off Izu.
The main course for adult guests is the chef's recommendation: grilled spiny lobster (half) and grilled abalone.
(Children are a different matter. )

Breakfast is healthy with a focus on Toi vegetables named Shunsai Kenbi
We use a variety of materials, "Tenderness to the body" with a mind.
