For dinner, try Sugicho's specialty hot pot "Tabetai hot pot (sea bream)", and for breakfast, try tofu, pickles, and dashi rolls.

【Tabetai hot pot (sea bream)】
This is a pot that uses a whole of the Sugicho specialty, a persimmon.
The plump meat can be enjoyed as sashimi with seasonings such as salt and wasabi.
Braised sea bream goes well with rice and sake. The simmered rice cake with soup stock is also rich in flavor. Sugicho's soup stock and udon noodles! , Enjoy the whole sea bream.
If you wish, we can prepare rice porridge to finish with the broth in the pot.

【Breakfast compared to beans】
Yutofu has a silk strainer tofu made of Kyoto water, and ragged tofu has a texture that collapses and falls in your mouth. Fresh yuba can be enjoyed with the rich flavor of soybeans and the elegant texture of yuzu pepper.
There are 5 types of pickles available from seasonal to classic.
The aroma of the ankake dashi rolls with plenty of dashi will also whet your appetite.
In addition, you can enjoy a ``light meal buffet'' such as bread and fried chicken.
