We use local ingredients such as fresh local fish and Rockfish the morning, and local brand beef "Shimane Wagyu".
It is a kaiseki meal carefully selected by the chief chef. This is a special plan for women and those who can't eat much!

A fisherman who is a professional fish is a luxury fish with the mouth aligned with "the best delicacy", its evaluation is much higher than sea bream etc.
Is especially prized in Aida the foodie, it is even referred to as the "phantom of the fish," "white meat of Toro."
