It is a kaiseki meal that is carefully cooked and seasoned by a professional Japanese chef at the hotel, using local ingredients that are carefully selected according to the season.
The sashimi of local fresh fish caught in the Sea of Japan is a specialty of the Shiraishiya.

Beautiful 4K video, a sea of clouds and illumination in the garden, powerful surround sound, various seasonal mappings and a 4D experiential event, the first of its kind in Sanin, will be shown every night from 8:45pm.
