Founded over 100 years.
In July 2020, the 100-year-old Main, annex, and hot spring building were completely destroyed by the Kumamoto heavy rain.
After that, all the buildings on the premises were demolished, and the land was once vacated, but a new reconstruction plan was started.
After 2 years and 9 months since the heavy rain disaster, everything has been renewed, and in April 2023, it has reached the grand opening of this new establishment.
Same as before...The main building is located on a site of approximately 2,000 tsubo, surrounding a spring pond that was selected as Kumamoto Famous Heisei Water 100 Pond, the only one that survived the disaster.
A new detached room continues beyond the connecting corridor from the main building.
You can enjoy seasonal local cuisine unique to Hitoyoshi Hitoyoshi Kuma, using local ingredients such as carp, sweetfish, and wild boar.
About 10 minutes by car from Kyushu Highway Hitoyoshi IC, this facility is located a little far from the Hitoyoshi city area, and is a very quiet environment where the atmosphere of the good old Hitoyoshi Kuma region remains.
We offer a relaxing and relaxing space in the countryside.
Get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and spend a relaxing time in the luxury of doing nothing.
◆Meal◆-dinner-
Dinner is washed carp and horsemeat sashimi, salt-grilled sweetfish and segoshi in summer, salt-grilled yamame trout, wild boar and duck in a small pot in winter, vegetables grown in fully ripe compost without pesticides and chemical fertilizers, and passion salt and wasabi. Eating black birch beef steak etc...We strive to bring out the original taste of the ingredients and add vivid colors to the passion, so that you can enjoy it with all five senses.

We will entertain you with a refreshing Japanese set meal such as seasonal small bowls, natto, grilled fish and omelet. The rice used Rice made in Hitoyoshi Kuma.
◆Hot Springs◆Shirasagi-no-yu is a secret hot spring on the 1st floor of the main building that is full of highly effective hot springs. Enjoy the mellow 100% natural hot spring water. You can take a bath 24 hours a day in the detached room, and you can also use the large public bath. (Until 22:30) In the morning, you can enjoy it from 6:00 to 9:00 by renting it out for guests.
※There is no indoor bath in the guest rooms on the 2nd floor of the main building. There is a family bath on the 1st floor.
