Please enjoy it with the chief chef's special "grated soy sauce sauce" or "salt" that shows the meat quality.
However, Yonezawa Beef, please make a reservation at least 2 days before your stay due to purchasing reasons.
Yonezawa Beef addition to Yonezawa Beef steak, you can enjoy "countryside hospitality dishes" centered on local seasonal vegetables in Yonezawa.
Shirabu Onsen water in Shirabu Onsen seems to activate gastrointestinal intestine, please have dinner firmly.
