The main Yonezawa Beef can be selected for each person from two types, "sukiyaki" and "shabu-shabu". Shirabu Onsen water of Shirabu Onsen seems to rejuvenate the stomach and intestines, so be sure to have dinner!
Please enjoy "Country hospitality dishes" centered around seasonal vegetables in Yonezawa.

　　The overwhelming healthyness of meat dishes is popular with women!
　　The volume of meat that you can't think of as shabu-shabu is the real pleasure of Yonezawa Beef shabu-shabu!
