For safety reasons, we may decide to suspend or prohibit operation in the event of typhoons, heavy rain, strong winds, or other weather conditions.
If the decision to cancel is made the day before your stay, we will contact the representative by around 5pm the day before.
However, for the safety of our guests, we may cancel the event immediately before it begins due to sudden changes in weather, etc. In that case, please understand that we cannot pay for expenses other than the accommodation fee at this facility, such as transportation costs to the site, cancellation fees for other facilities, rental car fees, etc.
Although it may be possible to stay overnight even in strong winds, it may not be possible to set up a barbecue tent for the safety of our guests. In that case, the barbecue may be held in a safe location such as a kitchen tent.((If there are multiple accommodation groups, the time will be alternated.)
Please understand that the hotel will not contact you in advance if accommodation is possible.
