Uonuma Funori Soba uses high-quality domestic buckwheat flour, mainly buckwheat flour from the Uonuma region, which is full of sweetness and aroma.
It is made using seaweed "Funori" used for weaving in winter as a binder.
Enjoy the smooth throat and chewy texture.
