I was surprised at the crunchy and chewy texture!
A local gourmet plan where you can have 2 or 3 people eat one piece of Bungo's live fish "Mackerel caught in the Sekizaki area" as sashimi!

　~Please enjoy the popular "Kaiseki Mimatu", sashimi prepared by Oetei's chief chef, who has elaborated on seasonal ingredients.~
