It is said that Japanese people take about 11g of salt per day.
In the meal of this plan, the amount of salt equivalent to less than 2 g is due to the amount of natural sodium contained in the ingredients for breakfast and dinner.
The same breakfast and dinner as the regular plan is cooked without salt and sugar, so we will serve you with confidence in the taste!
