Plan Details

plan does not include meals and is only available for pilgrims who walk or cycle.
*When you check in, you will be asked to show proof that you are a pilgrim, such as your prayer book.
*This does not apply to pilgrims travelling by car.
ONIWA is the 27th temple:6 hours walk from Kounomineji, No. 28:It is located about a 3-hour walk from Dainichiji, close to the pilgrimage route.
If you are doing the entire pilgrimage, you will have been walking for about two weeks from the first temple and will be feeling very tired by this time.
As a support project for such pilgrims, we have prepared plan that can be used by pilgrims at a reasonable price.
We also offer a shuttle service to nearby stations and designated locations.
We also respond to situations such as "It's raining so I can't walk any further." Please feel free to contact us.
*We can also drop you off at the pick-up location after you check in.
*Early check-out possible

You can soothe your tired body in the large hot spring bath at the nearby resort hotel (free of charge, shuttle service available).
For dinner, please bring in what you purchased during your trip or cater for seafood.
*We will accept orders for catering up to the day before.
*There are also 2 restaurants within walking distance (one serving seafood and one serving Italian food).
*Coin laundry facilities are also available.

【About catering seafood】
You can order catered food from all the menus of the locally popular seafood restaurant "Restaurant Fuji
(Same day orders are not available. If you would like your meal delivered, please let us know in the comments section. The menu will be sent to you by email. )

【Pet Allergies】
The majority of guests at our facility are accompanied by their dogs.
Although the room is thoroughly cleaned, pet hair may remain. If you have pet allergies, we ask that you refrain from using the facility.

・Mercure Kochi Tosa's large hot spring bath, 3 minutes by car(Only once per person. I will pick you up)
・Winter limited outdoor charcoal kotatsu(A kotatsu that uses soybean charcoal as a heat source. Please use it outdoors. )

This room has a cabin of about 13 square meters and a wooden deck with open windows overlooking the sea.
The wooden deck is surrounded by a fence, so your dog can enjoy it without lead.
It is fully air-conditioned, so you can spend your time comfortably in any season.

Previously, we had a large tent set up on the wooden deck, but based on requests from people with dogs, we renovated it into a cabin with air conditioning and heating. Although it is a fixed building, we provide it with the concept of being an extension of the camp.
★★There is no toilet, bath or TV in the cabin. It's also about the same size as a tent. Please be aware of this before making your reservation. ★★

・Please use the toilet at the campsite.
・For bathing, you can use the large hot spring bath at Kochi Kuroshio Hotel or the simple shower booth on the premises for free.
