This is a Kaiseki meal plan where you can enjoy Wagyu beef sirloin and organic vegetables with miso sukiyaki.

■Dinner
A dinner of wagyu beef sirloin and organic vegetables served with miso sukiyaki.
The flavor of beef and organic vegetables goes well with the rich and flavorful miso soup stock!
Please enjoy Ogiwarakan's miso sukiyaki, which will warm your heart and body with piping hot sukiyaki.

\Upgrade your meat/
For an additional 3,300 yen per person, you can change the meat to Shinshu brand Wagyu "Apple Wagyu Shinshu Beef Sirloin"!
Shinshu Beef raised by eating apple lees, okara, and sake malt left after squeezing apple juice.
Please enjoy the fragrant aroma and the soft and tasty texture.

If you wish to make a change, please write in the notes section that the type of meat should be changed to "Apple Wagyu Shinshu Beef Sirloin".
Please understand that if plan is changed, the child rate including meals will also change according to the adult rate.

Soba sweet noodles made with buckwheat flour from Produced in Shinshu, rice made with nutritious sorghum from Produced in Shinshu, etc.
We offer healthy "Shinshu set meals" that use plenty of Shinshu ingredients, with an emphasis on local production and local consumption.

■Hot Springs
The hot springs at the inn are "simple sulfur springs that flow directly from the source"
The large communal bath on the 1st floor for men and women and the view are good. ◎ The open-air bath on the 5th floor on the top floor can be bathed all night from check-in until 9:30 the next morning.
