This facility is a Fuji Mabushi recipe creation shop.
Enjoy eating the original Fuji Mabushi!

【Dinner】Starts between 18:00 and 19:00(We will ask you the start time at check-in.)
`` Fuji Mabushi Gozen Meal'' We will serve kaiseki cuisine centered around the original Fuji Mabushi.
Enjoy it with seasonal small dishes.(Different from regular kaiseki cuisine)

～how to eat～
　``First meal'' Sprinkle the trout with rice and enjoy the aroma and texture of the trout.
　``Second course'' Enjoy the change in taste and aroma by adding local garnishes and seasonal condiments.
　``Third meal'' Pour the dashi soup over the ingredients and enjoy it refreshingly.
　From the ``fourth meal'' onwards, eat it any way you like!

We serve meals kaiseki style so that hot items are served hot and cold items are served cold. Please allow approximately 60 to 90 minutes from the start of your meal so that you can enjoy each dish one by one. Please enjoy your meal while relaxing until the end.

【Breakfast】
We offer our famous hot boiled fish.

【Room】
It is a pure Japanese style restaurant where you can enjoy the Japanese atmosphere. Please relax and relieve your fatigue.
There is no washroom in the room, but the shared toilet is equipped with a washlet.
*Because we value privacy, we generally ask our guests to lay out their own futon.

◇Bath
Currently, it is used as a private bath for groups.
Each room can be reserved for a full 90 minutes from 15:30 to 23:00.
After each use, please thoroughly clean and disinfect the facility before using it for the next person.
Reservations are required at check-in and will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please understand that we may not be able to accommodate your desired time.
The next morning (6:00 to 9:00), please check the entrance availability.
*This is a time slot that you can use freely. Please cooperate in bathing in a manner that is comfortable for the following people:
*We have two private baths, and we will show you which one you can use on the day.

You can enjoy the view of Okukawaguchi Lake from the window.
The guest rooms are pure Japanese style where you can enjoy the good Japanese atmosphere, so please relax and heal your fatigue.
The rooms do not have washrooms, but the shared toilets are equipped with washlets.

*In order to prioritize privacy, we ask our customers to sleep on futons without entering the room.
