■Time:OPEN 6:30 to 9:30 CLOSE on weekdays(LO 9:00)/Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays 9:00 CLOSE(LO 8:30)
The former Dai-ichi Kangyo Building, which is a nationally Registered Tangible Cultural Properties, was built in 1937 and features a stone joint outer wall and large arched windows.
The 1st floor banquet hall, which is the breakfast venue, is the place where the window of the former banking era was, and the large windows that are characteristic of the building and the high ceiling of about 11 meters are very open.
The decoration of the ceiling and the beams of the pillars remains as it was at that time, showing the high skill of the craftsmen at that time, and the door of the safe at the time of the bank is left in the corridor leading to the breakfast venue.
Breakfast is a "buffet" style that uses Shinshu and local ingredients and is particular about the taste.
