＜What is Joshu Beef? ＞
A variety grown in the clear stream of the Tone River the famous peaks of Gunma Prefecture, Mt. Mt Akagi, Mt. Mt Haruna, and Mt. Mt Myogi.
It is a high-quality meat with a good amount of fat and umami.
In particular, “Sirloin” is prone to marbling, and is characterized by being fine and soft.
