Plan Details

This is a multi-course kaiseki you can enjoy a wide variety of sashimi dishes, including seasonal local fish. We will make fresh and enjoyable dishes using local farmers' vegetables grown on the Mikatahara Plateau, the seafood of Enshu Nada and Lake Hamana. If you order the ingredients that you are not good at, we will prepare another menu.
