This is a four-season spring Kaiseki meal plan where you can enjoy a Kaiseki meal featuring seasonal vegetables.

For dinner, in addition to gorgeous seafood flyers, we also offer Beef from Tottori Prefecture on a ceramic platter and seasonal spring kaiseki cuisine that incorporates plenty of spring flavors.
Enjoy a variety of passionate dishes made with the fruits of the sea and mountains.

After a salt hot bathing water meal, take your time in the salt water that springs up from the sea.
Kaike Onsen's smooth hot water has a high moisturizing effect, and is said to be a "Bihada-no-yu."
Please rest and warm yourself from the core of your body.

The Shoji Ueda Museum is located at the foot of Mt. Daisen, about a 30-minute drive from the museum, and exhibits many works by the world-renowned photographer Shoji Ueda.
It is very popular not only for the works, but also for its modern exterior and the view of Mt. Daisen from inside the facility.

Additionally, ``Terrace the Daisen'', which is within walking distance from the museum, offers take-out sales of Daisen ham and sausages, as well as a wide selection of local specialties.

In addition to the gorgeous and appetizing seafood flyers, there are also Beef from Tottori Prefecture, seasonal tempura, and more.
We offer kaiseki cuisine with the flavors of Sanin.

In addition to seasonal miso soup such as local clams, we will prepare a pure Japanese breakfast such as dried flatfish overnight and seasonal takiawase.
