For dinner, we have prepared a ``Four Seasons Kaiseki Cuisine''plan where you can enjoy the seasonal flavors of Tottori and Kaike.

Enjoy the delicacies of the sea Tottori Prefecture's Wagyu (beef) mountains, such as melt-in-your-mouth Tottori Wagyu beef and fresh fish delivered directly from Sakai Minato.

After a salt hot bathing water meal, take your time in the salt water that springs up from the sea.
Kaike Onsen's smooth hot water has a high moisturizing effect, and is said to be a "Bihada-no-yu."
Please rest and warm yourself from the core of your body.

■Dinner■　Four Season's Kaiseki Meal
Sashimi of fresh fish raised in the rough waves of the Sea of Japan
Grilled wagyu Japanese Beef from Tottori Prefecture, seasonal tempura, etc.
We offer kaiseki cuisine with the flavors of Sanin.
※Some menus change depending on the season and purchasing situation.
※Starting April 1st, we will change to the spring menu.

■Breakfast■
In addition to seasonal miso soup such as local clams, we will prepare a pure Japanese breakfast such as dried flatfish overnight and seasonal takiawase.
Please eat a lot of healthy meals and go out.
※The rice used at this facility is Koshihikari from Yodoe, which is grown Ameno Manai.

The salt hot bathing water that springs from the sea has a high moisturizing effect. "Hot water for beautiful skin"
