To commemorate the 150th anniversary, this spring's cooking theme is ``Weaving Tosa traditional food culture into the future.''
Under the guidance of Professor Junko Matsuzaki, Professor Emeritus of Kochi Prefectural University and Chairman of Tosa Traditional Food Study Group, we learned about the traditional food culture of Kochi Prefecture and arranged it in a modern style.
