This is the top-of-the-line plan in the Shunsai Monogatari series where you can enjoy carefully selected premium ingredients nurtured by the rich nature of Kochi Prefecture.
In this course, you can enjoy special dishes such as roasted Tosa Akaushi, abalone boiled in sake salt that melts in butter, and kamameshi of Kochi Prefecture's dogfish.
