The `` Hanadoki Course'', which will be offered only this spring, is a recommended course of this facility, with a variety of kaiseki dishes that will make you feel the breath of spring.
A refreshing warm hot pot with spring-like colors of Muroto golden eye snapper wrapped in cherry leaves and a sansho soup stock. You can also enjoy steamy kamameshi made with Shimanto Chicken and Tosa Ginger. We use plenty of Tosa's seasonal ingredients, such as straw-grilled bonito tataki, plump local Japanese Spiny Lobster sashimi, hearty plate dishes using fresh seasonal fish from Tosa Bay, and colorful appetizers.
