Tajima beef, which is raised on special feed and whose fat has a low melting point, is called "Tajima tuna" (Tajima tuna), which is raised on the farm "Ueda Livestock" in Muraoka, Kami-machi, Hyogo Prefecture, and only ships about 10 cows a month. .
The fat of regular Kuroge Wagyu Beef starts to melt at about 25 degrees, but Tajima Gen's fat starts to melt at about 12 degrees.
