Tango's natural Iwagaki (oyster), which will be available only from early summer to summer, are a Tango summer flavor known as the milk of the sea due to their creamy and richness.

Iwagaki (oyster) are caught by divers and fishermen diving into the sea. Because of that, we can not fish in winter and it will not be on the market.
The price goes up because it cannot be mass-produced, but the grains are large and have a rich flavor.
Dip it in ponzu sauce and enjoy it raw so that you can feel the creamy taste and the aroma of the sea in your mouth.
