【Dinner】
"Iyo Beef and Hime Pork Steak"
You can grill the meat packed with the flavor of Ehime, where livestock is thriving, on a hot iron plate and enjoy it.

"Omakase Tempura"
We use ingredients from Ehime Prefecture.

We also offer a variety of other dishes centered on red sea bream from Ehime.
Comparing Matsuyama -style sea bream rice with Uwajima-style sea bream rice is a popular gem at this facility!
Depending on the reservation situation, it may be changed to a 10-course kaiseki meal including the main dish.

【Breakfast】
Mildly flavored miso soup made with Iyo barley miso and dried sardines, and a salad made with Ehime vegetables.
Whitebait rice bowl with boiled whitebait caught in Iyonada, and citrus fruits from Ehime.
A Japanese half-buffet at a hot spring inn with a slightly arranged Japanese set meal!

【Meal place】
We will prepare it in the dining room of the adjacent sister building "Hanayuzuki".
Free soft drinks are also served during dinner!

For toddlers (with futons), Western lunch is prepared for dinner.
Please request if you want Japanese lunch.
Elementary school children are cooked according to adults.
