■Meals at this facility are main dishes + half buffet style!
■■It is mainly Japanese cuisine, using many ingredients from Ehime Prefecture.
【Dinner】
"Ehime sea bream shabu-shabu"
We recommend eating the half-cooked red sea bream that has been dipped in the hot broth and eaten with the special sauce along with the vegetables!

"Carefully selected Iyo beef roast beef"
Enjoy delicious roast beef.

We also offer a variety of other dishes centered on red sea bream from Ehime.
Comparing Matsuyama -style sea bream rice with Uwajima-style sea bream rice is a popular gem at this facility!

Mildly flavored miso soup made with Iyo barley miso and dried sardines, and a salad made with Ehime vegetables.
Whitebait rice bowl with boiled whitebait caught in Iyo Nada, and citrus fruits from Ehime.

【Notice of Dogo Onsen Main Building】
Dogo Onsen Main Building has been undergoing conservation and repair work since 2019, and currently only the "Tama-no-yu" can be bathed in, but the entire building will reopen on July 11, 2024!
※In preparation for the reopening of the entire building, the museum will be temporarily closed from Tuesday, June 18th to Wednesday, July 10th, 2024.
