【Breakfast】
Mildly flavored miso soup made with Iyo barley miso and dried sardines, and a salad made with Ehime vegetables.
Whitebait rice bowl with boiled whitebait caught in Iyo Nada, and citrus fruits from Ehime.
In addition, you can enjoy various dishes specially prepared by the chief chef that change daily.
This is a Japanese half-buffet that you can enjoy at a hot spring hotel with a slightly modified Japanese set meal!
