◆◆What is "Kinu Kinu-no-aji Iyo Beef produced in the prefecture?◆◆
Japanese black beef with a clear production history and pedigree that has been fattened by a certified producer of Kenno Ehime prefecture for more than 10 months in the prefecture.
Soft, mellow tongue.
And the original, deep, delicate umami of beef.
It is a brand of meat with an elegant taste that can be called "Kinu-no-aji".


≪Plan Details≫
■Meals at this facility are main dishes + half buffet style!
■■It is mainly Japanese cuisine, using many ingredients from Ehime Prefecture.

【Dinner】
Enjoy Iyo Beef “Kinu-no-aji” with 3 dishes prepared by the chief chef.
You can enjoy "Gyunabe", which is eaten with the chief chef's special warishita, roast beef, and broiled nigiri sushi.
In particular, the broiled Iyo beef nigiri is a popular long-selling dish.

We also offer a variety of other dishes centered on red sea bream from Ehime.
Comparing Matsuyama -style sea bream rice with Uwajima-style sea bream rice is a popular gem at this facility!
Depending on the reservation situation, it may be changed to a 10-course kaiseki meal including the main dish.

【Breakfast】
Mildly flavored miso soup made with Iyo barley miso and dried sardines, and a salad made with Ehime vegetables.
Whitebait rice bowl with boiled whitebait caught in Iyo Nada, and citrus fruits from Ehime.
A Japanese half-buffet at a hot spring inn with a slightly arranged Japanese set meal!

We will prepare in the dining room.
Free soft drinks are also served during dinner!

＜About children＞
A Western-style lunch is prepared for dinner for infants (with meal futon).
Please request if you would like a Japanese lunch.
Children of elementary school children cook according to adults.
