Both are the ekiben that won the Ekiben Tournament Enjoy your meal.
① Tarameshi (cod rice)... A specialty of Heimat, which is made by boiling cod roe softly to the bones, and putting Koshihikari
② Sakemeshi (salmon rice)... An ekiben that is easy for both adults and children to eat on top Koshihikari rice cooked in kelp, along with the oily salmon roe and salmon roe pickled in soy sauce.
③ Herring rice ... Kanro-ni, konbu maki, and pickled rape blossoms are all herring. An ekiben that makes you addicted by putting a number of kazunoko with a pleasant texture on top of Koshihikari rice cooked in kelp.
