This is a local kaiseki meal of the chief chef who is particular about ingredients produced in Oita prefecture.
The menu includes (1) assorted seafood of Seki Aji and spiny lobster, (2) steamed shabu-shabu of Bungo beef, and (3) steak of Bungo beef.
*Please understand that the contents may change depending on the purchase situation on the day.
