Suwa's famous eel
A long-established eel restaurant in Shimosuwa-cho, "Unagi Hayashiya" will bring you "Unaju" and eel chawanmushi + soup and pickled vegetables in your room.
(If you reserve a room for more than 3 people or multiple rooms, we may provide it in a private room banquet hall.)
River fish and eels have been eaten here since ancient times because of the Tenryu River, which originates in Suwa Lake. Therefore, there are many famous restaurants that serve freshwater fish and eel.
Among them, "Unagi Hayashiya" is a long-established store founded in 1893.
Since you have come all the way here, I would like you to eat eel from a well-known restaurant that is loved by locals.

You can choose the breakfast start time from 7:30, 8:00, and 8:30. (Depending on the situation on the day, we may not be able to meet your request. )

Suwa is the end point of the Koshu Kaido, a town hall meeting with Nakasendo.

Bathing in the hotel's public bath can be held for 24 hours. You can use it any number of times at your favorite time.
After having soaked in the hot springs, please extend your legs on the tatami mats of the Japanese style room and take a good rest.
The room will be prepared with futons laid out, so you can sleep immediately.
