Plan Details
It is plan to provide a galette dinner using buckwheat flour from Shinshu at CAFE TAC, which is a 3-minute walk from the hotel.
·After coming all the way to Shinshu, I want to eat soba! However, the nearby soba restaurant is not open at night.
·I ate soba for lunch, so it will be a collaboration plan born from such a customer's voice.

◆Shinshu Shimosuwa Onsen...
Suwa is the end point of the Koshu Kaido, a town hall meeting with Nakasendo.
It is also a Monzenmachi where the general headquarters of Suwa Taisha stands.
Honjin also around the Gingetsu, Hatago, Chaya, such as with Banya mark, we remain heavily the taste of the former post town. As soon as you leave the hotel and walk bangle, you will also find the Aotsuka Tomb. We hope that you will enjoy a stroll through the good old townscape while visiting one of the oldest shrines in Japan, Suwa Shrine Kamisha (Hongu / Maemiya) and Shimosha (Akimiya / Harumiya).
