Plan Details

Juraku is the facility's finest kaiseki cuisine, which focuses on local ingredients and cuisine.
The dishes are delicious with a rich local flavor that weaves the seasonal ingredients of Setouchi and the creative skills of the chef.
In addition to the ingredients and cooking, the chief chef went to the potter's pottery to make the potter's colour, and enjoyed all that time.
