``Shun Gozen'' is a special dish that uses mainly seasonal ingredients that are abundantly harvested as the season approaches, allowing you to enjoy a variety of seasonal flavors.
This gozen is composed based on the tradition of Japanese cuisine prepared by a Japanese chef, and the new sensibilities of Japanese and French cuisine prepared by a Western chef, using seasonal ingredients.

A log house with an American pine round timber finish and a calming atmosphere filled with the warmth and aroma of wood. It is a full-fledged cottage where you can enjoy the feeling of a villa with a spacious floor plan of 2 bedrooms and a living room.
