This plan is a sukiyaki plan created in collaboration with Ushioku, a meat specialty restaurant in Yamanashi Prefecture that was founded in 1927.

Koshu Wine Beef, a Japanese Wagyu beef produced in Yamanashi Prefecture, that you can enjoy with this plan is a beef produced in Yamanashi, the grape and wine kingdom, and is characterized by its soft, lean meat that is raised on the grape lees left over from pressing wine.
